my perfect day starts with going to the farmers market with shen and going mute together. we communicate in gibberish.

we meet morgan afterwards and show him our haul. he attempts to guess every price but he’s always off by a dollar.

we sit in silence and maybe we type a bit. i send funny things on my timeline to our groupchat and snicker to myself. i hear their reactions from across the room. their emotions are easy to understand after all our time together.

maybe i catch the sunset with johnny while we share glasses of perfectly steeped tea. we talk about feelings in the form of colours.

then i end every night with michael. i shower and he’s there waiting with my towel. i rest my head on him and we chat until we both get too sleepy to continue. we finish our conversation in our shared dreaming.
